Technology

Every truck reporting.
Every load visible.

Dispatch, safety, the shop and accounting all work inside GMAT.ONE, the transportation management system we built in-house. The same feed that tells us where an 89-truck fleet is tells you where your load is, without a login.

Freight technology fitted to your supply chain, for complete visibility and control

Efficient supply chains run on technology that is powerful and flexible enough to change as the business does. Whether your team works out of a full TMS or a shared spreadsheet, GMAT.ONE meets you there: EDI and API for systems that want data, tracking links and SMS for people who want answers, and a dispatcher who reads the same screen you do.

Our approach

Built in-house. Built to fit.

Modern supply chains are complicated. Appointment windows, multi-stop routing, detention, EDI, chain of custody: every one is a place a load can go wrong, and technology is what keeps it from going wrong. A carrier running on off-the-shelf software is running on someone else's idea of how freight should move.

That is why we manufacture all of our technology in-house. GMAT.ONE and the driver, safety and customer tools around it are written by people who sit next to dispatch, so the software fits the way our trucks actually run and can be changed the week a customer needs it to. When your process changes, ours changes with it, and the result is a stronger, more predictable supply chain for your business, not a workaround.

Digital infrastructure

Built for visibility, velocity and a safe fleet

GMAT.ONE plans and books every load against trucks we own. ELD and GPS on every tractor feed MacroPoint, project44 and Trucker Tools so your team sees the truck in whatever tool it already uses. Telematics from the same units tell the shop what to fix before it fails.

GMAT.ONE

A TMS written by a trucking company, for the shippers it hauls for.

Off-the-shelf systems are built to sell software. GMAT.ONE was built to run Goldmax: dispatch, driver app, safety, maintenance, billing and customer visibility on one database. It automates roughly 90% of routing, status updates, document capture and invoicing, which is why our customers hear from the system before they think to ask.

90%

Workflow automated

99%

Updates with no call

1

Database, office to cab

01

Geofence-driven status updates

Arrived, loaded, departed and delivered fire when the truck crosses the fence around your dock, not when someone remembers to type them.

02

Delay prediction

Live position, remaining hours of service, weather and traffic are checked against the appointment. If the math turns late, you and dispatch know hours ahead, not at the dock.

03

HOS shared with you

Remaining drive time on the tractor carrying your load is visible on the tracking link, so a recovery plan is a conversation about facts.

04

Automatic detention records

Geofence timestamps document arrival and release to the minute. Detention is settled from the record, with no dispute over whose clock was right.

05

Driver app at the dock

Load details, seal numbers and photos of the BOL and POD are captured in the cab and attached to the load before the truck leaves your yard.

06

One-click invoicing

POD is matched to the rate confirmation automatically. Invoice and documents go out the day of delivery; drivers settle the same week.

07

Safety and maintenance on the same record

HOS, CSA scores, inspections, fault codes and service intervals live beside the load, so the truck we assign is legal and healthy.

08

Customer portal and open data

Track by PO, pull documents, tender loads and see lane scorecards. Or skip the portal: EDI 204/214/210 and a REST API feed your own TMS.

In-house AI

AI where it earns its place.

Built in-house to solve one hard problem in trucking: planning.

At Goldmax, artificial intelligence is not the answer to everything. It is a tool we use in the one place the math is too big for a person to do well by hand: planning 89 trucks against hundreds of appointment windows, hours-of-service clocks, trailer positions, weather and traffic that change by the hour.

The planner inside GMAT.ONE scores every feasible truck-to-load assignment and proposes a plan; a dispatcher reviews it and makes the call. Everything else you see on this page, from status updates to invoicing, is plain automation and good data, because a rule you can read is better than a model you cannot.

Where we use it

Load planning

Truck-to-load assignment, empty-mile reduction and appointment feasibility, re-run as conditions change.

Where we use it

Delay prediction

Position, remaining hours and traffic checked against the appointment, so a late risk is flagged hours out.

Where we don't

Talking to you

Quotes, exceptions and claims are handled by a dispatcher. No chatbot stands between you and the person moving your freight.

Three systems, one desk

What runs behind every Goldmax load

01

Safety monitoring platform

Dashcams, GPS, geofencing and telematics on every tractor, watched by a safety team that sits next to dispatch.

02

GMAT.ONE, our in-house TMS

Tenders, planning, booking, billing and tracking in one platform we wrote ourselves, with EDI and API so your TMS and ours agree on every status.

03

Fleet management software

209 assets, one maintenance record. Engine data schedules service in our own shop before a fault becomes a late load.

A safety platform that keeps drivers, trucks and your cargo on the route we planned.

Dashcams

Forward and cab-facing cameras in every truck. Unsafe events are reviewed the same day and coached, so risk on the road drops before it reaches your freight.

GPS and geofencing

Position every few minutes on every tractor, shared to MacroPoint, project44 and Trucker Tools. Geofences around the planned route flag a detour the moment it starts.

Telematics

Engine, tire pressure, fuel and brake data stream to the shop in Elmhurst. Faults are caught between loads, not on the shoulder.

Fleet management

Fleet software that keeps 89 trucks running at their best, so every customer gets ours.

The same telemetry that tracks your load runs our maintenance program and our driver coaching.

01

Predictive maintenance

Engine hours, mileage, fault codes and fluid levels forecast service needs by unit. Trucks come into our shop on schedule, not on a tow hook, so breakdowns do not become late deliveries.

02

One view of the fleet

API integrations pull fuel, maintenance, HOS and shipment status into one dashboard. Dispatch plans against trucks that are actually available, which is how we keep tender acceptance at 100%.

03

Monitored haul

Idle time, speed, hard braking and route adherence are scored per driver and reviewed weekly. It is part of why our drivers stay 6+ years and our claims ratio sits at 1 : 2,200.

04

Your data, your tools

Tracking links with no login, EDI 204/214/210, or a direct API. Pickup, in-transit, delivery and POD land in your system automatically.
