Not “every industry is different.” This is what breaks, and what we do about it.
01
Retail grocery DC appointments
The problem. Windows are strict, doors are scarce, and a miss means a rescheduled appointment days out plus a chargeback.
How we run it. Appointments are confirmed in GMAT.ONE and drivers are assigned who know the DC; arrival is geofence-stamped. Dedicated-account on-time delivery has been 99% over 24 months.
02
Food-grade trailer condition
The problem. Receivers reject trailers with odor, debris or damage; a rejection at the DC is a lost appointment and a full reload.
How we run it. Trailers are swept and inspected before every food load and the inspection is photographed in the driver app and attached to the load. Seal number logged at pickup and verified at delivery.
03
Beverage weight and cube
The problem. Cans and bottles gross out before they cube out; misloaded pallets scale over axle limits.
How we run it. We plan by weight and pallet pattern up front and tell you what fits on a 53ft dry van legally, rather than discovering it at a scale.
04
Co-packer and ingredient inbound
The problem. Ingredients and packaging have to land before the run starts, from several suppliers, on one receiving schedule.
How we run it. Multi-stop inbound routes on a fixed weekly cadence, sequenced to your production schedule, dispatched as a single lane.
05
Seasonal and promotional surges
The problem. Volume doubles for six weeks around a promotion and the routing guide fails exactly then.
How we run it. Staging in our Elmhurst or Dallas warehouses ahead of the promotion, releasing onto our own trucks, with drop trailers to absorb the peak at your dock.
06
Lot traceability and seal integrity
The problem. A recall or a customer audit needs to know which trailer carried which lot, sealed by whom, and whether the seal was intact at the door.
How we run it. Seal numbers are photographed at pickup and delivery and stored with the BOL on the load in GMAT.ONE, so the record for any lot is one search away.

How we handle food & beverage
- What we haul
- Shelf-stable and dry grocery, beverage (cans, bottles, kegs), snacks, ingredients and co-packer output, packaging for food plants
- What it needs
- Clean, odor-free, food-grade trailers inspected before every load; seal logged at pickup and delivery; strict appointment discipline at grocery DCs; on-time in full because chargebacks are real
- How Goldmax runs it
- Trailers are swept and inspected before food loads and the inspection is photographed in the driver app. Retail DC appointments are planned in GMAT.ONE with dwell tracked, and our on-time delivery over 24 months is 99%. We do not run reefer, so we take dry and ambient freight only and say so up front.
- Equipment
- 53ft air-ride dry vans, late-model tractors, ELD and GPS; no reefer or flatbed
